Gem Keeper is a fully offline game for Android and iOS. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal data of any kind. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party services.

Data we do not collect

• No personal information, such as your name, email address, age, or location
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No usage analytics or crash reports
• No cookies or tracking technologies
• No access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files

Game progress

Your progress — current level, star ratings, coin balance, and settings — is saved only on your device. It is never transmitted anywhere and is not accessible to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.

Network access

Gem Keeper works entirely offline and makes no network requests. On Android, the app declares the standard internet permission only because the framework it is built with requires it; the permission is never used to send or receive data.

Children's privacy

Gem Keeper collects no data from anyone, including children. The game contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no social features, and is suitable for players of all ages.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised "last updated" date.
